Dealership is Seattle's Only Factory-Authorized Seller of FIAT 500 Cars and Service
SEATTLE - O'Brien Auto Group, the largest auto dealer in the Pacific Northwest, today announced the opening of its new FIAT of Seattle dealership. The new dealership is the only factory-authorized seller of the popular FIAT 500 cars and service in Seattle and has also launched a website that can be viewed online at www.seattlefiatusa.com
The new dealership, located at 301 Baker Boulevard, features a spacious showroom, on-site FIAT-certified service department and one of the largest inventories of new and used FIAT 500s on the west coast.
"The FIAT brand is enjoying a massive resurgence in popularity and sales -- especially among car buyers between the ages of 45-60," said O'Brien Auto Group Owner Michael P. O'Brien. "People who've owned FIATs in the past are anxious to test drive the new 500 models - cars that offer stylish Italian design and great gas mileage."
The 500 is FIAT's number-one selling line of cars and comes in three models: the 500, the 500c and 500 Abarth. At the heart of each car is a 1.4 litre, 16 valve MultiAir Engine featuring electrohydraulic valves that improve both power and torque. The cars also reduce pollutant emissions and achieve an EPA estimated 38 miles per gallon on the highway and 30 miles per gallon in the city.
"Over 30 of the nation's most prominent auto retail organizations were interested in buying the dealership," said Bridge. "With this type of interest I was able to select the best fit for the Renton community. It's only by coincidence that the best auto retail organization to replace Bob Bridge was in Seattle. That was just amazing."
Base versions of each car in the 500 series range in price from $15,500 for a 500, $19,500 for a 500c and $22,000 for the 500 Abarth. All FIAT 500s are available with options of six-speed automatic or five-speed manual transmissions.
FIAT of Seattle is the third dealership to join O'Brien Auto Group in 2012. Earlier this year, O'Brien announced its acquisition of Toyota Scion of Renton and the opening of its new Fisker of Bellevue dealership.
Founded in 1986, O'Brien Auto Group is a privately-held company that owns and operates fourteen dealerships in Washington and Oregon. The company employs more than 600 people and had annual sales exceeding $500 million in 2011.
